Vimla is not just another mobile carrier, and we never will be. Ever since the launch of Vimla in 2014, we have found new ways to shape how a mobile carrier should feel like. By pushing boundaries, we have managed to both grow our customer base incredibly fast. And more importantly, we have gained a trust and loyalty from our customers that is completely unheard of in our industry. This year we were even awarded Carrier of the Year (which was based on customer satisfaction, by the way). Things are good, yes. But we’re far from satisfied.

In 2020, we will grow our Support & Community team to make sure we can do all the great stuff we have planned. You will be founding and leading our second support expert team. This means you both have a chance to join a team that’s already on a winning path while also getting to shape the way we do things.

The role

As a junior manager of a first line support team at Vimla you will be leading one of our two maybe most important teams in the company: our support experts. Customer happiness is what we identify with at Vimla and we take empowering our employees seriously - this team is the spearhead of what makes Vimla unique. 

You are responsible for delivering on the KPIs of productivity and satisfaction, for this you have the full support of the superuser team. You will be the manager of our second team of support experts who take great pride in delivering the best support experience of all the mobile providers. Main responsibilities

  • Planning and executing the daily running of the support
  • Delivering on KPIs such as customer satisfaction, SLA and agent productivity
  • Hiring, and with the help of the superusers training the support experts to maintain our position of the best telecom support in Sweden
  • Identifying and escalating blockers to superusers and process owner

We believe you already...

  • Have worked in a service/support setting and are great, like truly excellent, at motivating and coaching your colleagues
  • Have leadership experience
  • Genuinely care about customer happiness and employee empowerment
  • Are a great communicator, both in speech and writing
  • Can speak Swedish. Our support and most of our communications are in Swedish

It’s also a plus if you...

  • Know how reporting and KPIs work
  • Are experienced with organization and conflict resolution
